May 3, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #28 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #6 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE PINE VIEW HVAC AND INTERIOR RENOVATION PROJECT Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional design and construction administration services for the addition of twelve portables on the north side of campus and the relocation of eight portables on the south side of campus. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $32,045.00. These funds are available through the project budget. Recommendation That Amendment #6 to the Agreement dated September 2, 2014, with Seibert Architects PA for the Pine View HVAC and Interior Renovation be approved as presented.
